Ambient Coaching works with individual clients to achieve professional and personal goals and with organisations which value continuing professional development in their leaders knowing it is highly correlated with organisational effectiveness and productivity. Our Coaches use person-centred approaches to formulate bespoke programmes through a highly effective virtual operation and in person, globally, on request.
Ambient’s founder Amber Gibbon is an Executive Coach with over fifteen years international experience including as a Director of People in North America, within a large multinational organisation. With an MSc from The London School of Economics (LSE), a BA in Psychology with Sociology, Amber is also a member of the CIPD, an MBTI Practitioner and has coaching credentials from OPP, Cranfield School of Management and holds the triple accredited (ICF, AC, EMCC) 2021 Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching (PCEC) from Henley Business School. She is also a qualified 2022, ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC).
In addition to our private individual and corporate clients, we proudly partner with nonprofit organisations and start-ups. Charity clients we currently support include the Royal National Lifeboat Institute (RNLI), The C-I-C and Battersea Dog & Cats Home. References, by request.
